We Offer Guaranteed Rent
We specialise in high-quality shared houses (HMOs) and fully serviced accommodation. Our expertise, knowledge of, and connections with the local economy mean that we are able provide a superior service to both landlords and tenants.
We guarantee landlords rent for 3-5 years, so need to worry about voids or missed payments as these are covered by our contractual guarantee.
We offer free cosmetic refurbishment.
Where necessary, our team will carry out a complementary cosmetic upgrade and fully furnish your property so that it meets the expectations of our professional tenants. This way you benefit from the added value to your property and get the peace of mind of knowing your property will be returned to you in great condition.

At the end of our agreement we can propose a number of options for you according to your need.
One of these is for our company to purchase your property if it aligns with your long term goals.
The Process
We make our Landlord onboarding process as fast and efficient as possible.
3 to 5 year agreements with guaranteed rent
Our commitment to maintain your monthly rental payments is an integral part of our contract.
Our legal basis for assuring your rent, is that under the terms, you are entitled to terminate the agreement and reclaim your property whithin 2 months in the event of rent default.
Of course this is completely against our interest, hence your guarantee.
Other assurances that we give are: full property insurance against any damage, membership of the property redress scheme and the regular use of vetted and inspected professional cleaning contractors.
Free cosmetic refurbishment by our team
This is a complimentary service that we carry out as the need arises to maintain the standard of your property interior (and garden if you have one) to meet the expectations of our corporate clients, it comes with a complete property staging and furnishing package that fulfils our serviced accommodation offer.
Viewings with professional tenants to fill your property.
We advertise and conduct viewings directly with our company clients after conducting due diligence and compliance procedure. Your rent is guaranteed from the date of our agreement and is not dependant on occupancy which means void periods are no longer your worry.
Management and maintenance of your property
Calibre property management takes in hand all the administrative burden of managing your property whilst providing a maintenance service to immediately respond to, and rectify minor issues such as drain blockages, toilet flushes and small handyman repairs. We won’t even bother you about this, as it’s part of our pledge to make Property Management. Simplified.
End of agreement purchase options
Our relationship won’t end after our agreement expires (unless you want it to).
You will have three options:
1. Extend the contract.
2. Have your property returned to you.
3. Have our company purchase your property.
Meet the founder.
Peter Turski has a 25 year background in botanical horticulture and extensive experience of managing heritage gardens and landscapes. In 2022 he established Calibre Relocations and brings his passion for property care and management to providing unique home from home experiences to discerning professional tenants. Native to, and a long time resident of High Wycombe with a family of his own, he is a vocal advocate of its many assets such as its location within designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that is the Chilterns, its furniture making heritage, position on the motorway and rail network, proximity to London, wide choice of prestigious schools and commercial possibilities… and is a member of the High Wycombe Society.
